问题:有个美国客户上个月 6.26 号做完货叫他付尾款发货,一直拖着,期间回了说在度假,度完假回来付尾款,我们也跟他说过运费涨了很多的事,他置之不理拖了个把月才付尾款,现在让他承担一半的运费他不肯,还说要投诉我们要申请退款,这种情况该怎么办?回复思路: 这个时候你就要告诉客户申请的后果
1、我们肯定也会出示证据去证明我们没有错;
