外贸客户回复运费太贵,如何沟通

问题:创建订单后回复运费太贵,当客户说运费贵的时候,怎么做?回复思路:心理节奏,让客户觉得这种运费是合情合理的

回复和话术:

当客户还是不同意,还说运费贵,那我们怎么做?
This shipping cost is offered by our forwarder who cooperated with us 5 years, if you think not good,please give me more time or 5/10/20 minutes to look for another forwarder.
过了 10分钟之后,你再写下面的话
