外贸货代公司运费上涨,如何让客户共同承担

问题:老师 晚上好,请教一个问题:我之前 9 月初下了单的客户已经付了运费,含彩清的空派,现在 11 月中货做完了,但是货代报价已经加了很多,公司希望我能和客户提出求一起分享多出的运费,怎么写才能让客户付款呢?

However, I have to bring a not good news, our forwarders all said it’s very hard to use the shipping way by air (DDP) through the ALIBABA platform in this period time, because customs check is so strict for the customs broker now,especially for UK, and even though the customs clearing is successful, but it also have the risk that the goods are returned back from UK.
Besides, the transport cost is not stable now and it is increased crazily, it is higher than in the previous (Before US$5900,now US$6840), even, it will be more higher within coming weeks, the status is not positive. So, if you decide to order, please kindly consider earlier, which also help you save money.


But, I understood that it is a special time and not easy for both of us during VRIUS, so, as long as has any possibilities, I try to help you save more money in business, and we consider that bear this extra cost together with you, that is, we both pay half of US$940, even if we also don’t have much profit from this order, but, I understand that we are not only one time cooperation but long-time, how do you think?
