外贸客户因为运费贵要退款如何回复邮件

问题:老师有个RTS订单因为邮费太低寄不出去,我用之前你们给的话术给客户哭穷了客户马上点了退款,然后说我要怎么回复,可以让他补一下邮费取消退款申请。

回复话术:Dear Xxx,
Hereby we apologize for this situation again, please do trust that we must be the person who is leastwilling to see this happen.

As our long time communication I’m very cherish of our cooperation, [I applied a meeting for your shipping ost so that I can share half of the shipping cost by myself, please share your best understand this is the best support that I can do for my error price set, I have been doing the best to solve this issue .lf the order was canceled we will lost much more order, this means I will be deduct all achievements of this month, as a fresh face in international trade I really need your support, my dear friend.

We are really embarrassed now, and we really don’t want to disappoint you. but please trust us, we really need your help and understanding, please do believe we would feedback you more in the future when you need the help from us.
