外贸客户因为运费高已读不回如何回复邮件

问题:在我们平时做外贸过程中我们最常遇到的情况就是客户“已读未回”,当然已读未回也可以分为很多种场景,比如第一封询盘发过去已读未回,问客户产品细节已读不回,报价后已读不回,聊着聊着已读不回,发了PI已读不回,催款后已读未回。下面我们先以发询盘过去已读不回为例: 比如客户给我们发了一条最常见的模板询盘(如下):
