外贸业务如何挽回老客户,售后邮件如何发

问题: 当客户因为质量或是其它对我们失去了信心后如何挽回客户?我有个客户从18年5月份开始跟进的,19年6月份的时候拿过样品,后来因为寄过去的样品表面有点脏客户不满意就没下单,当时已经和客户解释了在大货生产时会注意这个问题后来继续跟进,在1月份的时候给客户推了另外一款产品,发户邮件回复问产品的重量。该客户是做电容的,我回复客户邮件可以为他在电商平台售卖提供产品的照片以及视频,并且问客户的社交账号说要给他发产品的立拍视频供他参考,但客户都没有同复,请问这种情况下得不到回复该如何继缝照进?
回复思路:这个时候更多的我们应该: 从情感上出发,再次给到客户信心
回复话术:这个时候能给到客户二次信心才是客户能回复的关键所在再利用话术给客户加上一点道德压力那这封邮件的回复率就高了,而且成交率也非常高。

Last time I was very happy to receive your new inquiry about our Xxx Product, as a always seeking for the second chance to gain your re-trust in our company and service. Please do trust our company is also keeping to improve ourselves in our products and service. I really hope you can also share us the chance.
To make errors is human nature, so the second chance would be very important for us. (I learned this from the primary school, aha)
