外贸客户由于某些原因想拒收货物,如何发送售后邮件

问题:对于态度冷漠的拒收货物,并一直不做回应仍旧申请退款的客户该如何应对,有没有什么方法可以促使其回心转意,然后那些洽谈中的客户,由于运输时间长、运费高等问题不作回应或者回绝的客户,跟进了也没有回音;还有些下单后不付款的客户,如何去跟进去骚扰都已读不做回应,该如何进行下一步?

回复话术:
1、先在阿里巴巴上面拒绝客户的退款申请并配上话术:Now the goods already reached to customer but customer refused to sign the goods, sure all of our goodsare right products according to customer’s requirements, l am very sorry but we can’t accept to returnthe payment to customer.

2、再给客户写一封邮件
Dear Xxx,
Wish you have a nice day and everything goes well.
Thank you very much for your kind support in the order of our Xxx Product with total cost including shipping $Xxx, now the goods already reached to you, but as I confirmed with our forwarder that you refused to sign the goods.
Please do trust we sent you the right goods as the specifications that we agreed, and we already spent so much time in this order, I do believe both of us would love to make all of our effort to be more valuable.
If you refused the goods then it would bring lost for both of us, as you refused the goods by your own reasons, I do believe you couldn’t get the money back through Alibaba (I also refused to return the So payment to you) .

So please share your best understanding that the best solution is to sign the goods so that we can make this order done, sure if you are not satisfied with our service or others please must share them with meso that I can improve it, otherwise I don’t even know the reasons.
Your help and understanding would be very helpful for us to get this solved.
