外贸业务如何挽回老客户,售后邮件如何发

问题:当我们与客户之前发生了一点不愉快的事情后如何能够挽回客户?我有一个客户因为交期我们延了很久,走货的时候有点不愉快,现在我不知道怎么跟进比较好,客户的质量还是很好的,我还是想去争取一下,客户还有一部分的面料在我们工厂。回复思路: 只要你用心将三步曲搞透了就一样用三步曲解决问题(只要是跟进客户就是用跟进客户三步曲)
