做外贸过程当中我们经常会遇到一些情况我们的老客户在合作一段时间后经常会向我们提出赊账的请求,这个时候我们就要利用高情商话术拒绝客户的请求。问题:我这里有个客人是人很好, 以前合作过几次,订单一年一次或者一年 2 次,利润-般,她在别的公司采购面料,钱付我这里,委托我出货,但是工厂要求退税都返还给她,等于我代理出货没有什么利润,我和客人关系还可以.今年她说还继续从我这里出货,但是要我垫资工厂,她 90天付我汇款,这种没有利润有点情谊的生意我是回绝她还是继续合作呢?回复思路:这个时候既要继续合作,也要拒绝客户的请求,利用高情商话术拒绝客户
