外贸客户因为运费贵客户拖尾款不出货

问题:客户有一票货已经做好半年了,客户付了 80%的钱,年前的时候说运费贵没有出但是运费一涨再涨,现在客户一拖再拖就是不出货怎么办?回复思路:
1、告诉客户库存是不能够产生价值的

2、“威胁”客户不出货的后果。

回复话术:

Dear Xxx,
Wish you have a nice day and everything goes well.
Time flies, it has been more than 8 months after you placed the order to us, you already paid us 80%($xxxx) of the goods.
Please note that stock couldn’t make money to exchange more money, stock would make money lessand less. (For example if you put this $xxx into your bank you would still get some profits).
I am very sorry but please share your best understanding that now I had bigger and bigger pressurefrom our company, especially now it is our rush season which cause very big cash flow and warehousecrowded in our company
So our company really hope you could ship the goods this month:1. Only you made a decision then you would have better solution to make it more valuable.2. We already helped you to keep this goods (68CBM) in our warehouse freely for more than 6 monthsif you still need longer time like 3-6 months, would you please confirm if you mind that to pay us somewarehouse cost like $500/month?
