外贸客户嫌样品费贵,如何回复外贸客户嫌样品费贵

问题: 我这里有个要求定制儿童充气浴池的客户,我们初步判断是比较优质的客户,当时客户带图来询价,我们有报过价格,最近两次的邮件回复得比较慢,客户语气比较生气,表示我们回复慢,而且样品费贵,也没有按他要求进行成本拆分。请问如何回复比较妥当。就是客户邮件里提到,说想知道这样报价的原因,比如材料,人工,会占多少?

回复话术:

Dear Xxx,
Frankly speaking, as a sales person, we don’t have right to get a detailed cost from our purchase dept. oianother according dept. I am not sure how is your company rule, but it did beyond my commission orauthority. Anyhow, I understand your purpose whether we can give you best best price, for sample orderit is really a good price, because I have offered it base on our M00100pcs already, sure if you have anybulk quantities, I would like to apply from my manager. Please kindly understand my sincerity moodwhich want to do business cooperation with you as soon as possible.
