问题:做外贸过程当中我们经常会遇到一些情况就是客户一来就要我们全部产品的报价表,给吧,不精准而且得到的结果也不见得好;不给吧,客户又会不下单什么的,大客户一上来就要我们公司完整的价格单,不提供就不合作,怎么回复?

I can totally understand your concerns, please do trust I would very love to offer you this quotation, theproblem is: I can’t.
There are too many factors affecting the prices, like the material, size, logo colors, quantity .. all of themwould cause differences (sometimes very big) in the prices.
If I offered you the quotation, when you give me the detail specification then I have to update the cost toyou, sure if the prices are better than the quotation, you would feel very happy; but when the prices aremuch higher than the quotation, sure you would probably say I am a liar.
Anyway in order to make things easier, I made a catalogue about our products, please refer to the
attachment for it, you will find:
