外贸降价后客户还是要砍价

问题:多次降价后客户还是不停地在砍价怎么办?回复思路:不要再降价了,将回客户,相信我,客户一定是可以接受你的价格的,不然花那么多时间跟你扯干嘛,千万不要让客户看到降价的希望了(而且建议不要一句一句聊!发信息之前好好想清楚后面的那些能不能写在一段).

回复话术:

I am very sorry but as a professional and responsible sales, please do trust l already applied the bestprices for you as you are our potential VIP customer, now our profits is only around 5-7%, please try toleave us some meat so that we can grow together with reasonable profits .If you still have doubt in the quality and cost, I have 2 pieces advise:

1.You collect the samples from XXXXX

2. You send the samples that you think with better quality and cost, sure I will pay all the cost thatneeded. I do believe this would help us to make everything clear so that we can move the orderforward .
