问题:我们利润才 5%不到，还想打折 5%，但是这个客人是老客人了，做了很多年了他们最近海运费猛涨，我们也是知道的，但是我们不可能贴钱来补贴他们，我是想回复他,我们利润才 3%，还要养工人，保持工厂运转，如果你打折 5%，我们也要亏 2 个点。怎么回复合适呢?
