外贸业务遇到客户不愿付手续费

问题:当我们遇到不愿意付手续费的客户,如何利用话术说服客户接受?老师好,我们信保订单加了栏银行手续费,有个客人纠结阿里巴巴上面的手续费应该是我们付的,而不是他来付,有没有关于客人不付银行手续费的话术呢?
