问题: 有几次收客户阿里巴巴的手续费的时候，客户都会问他们已经有向阿里巴巴平台支付过手续费了，或者在他们付款的时候平台会自动扣除的。然后我的回答是:
Because this commission is equivalent to the formalities of the bank, and the money cannot be directlytransferred to our account when paying through Alibaba, additional commission charges will beincurred. Please share your best understanding ,2% extra Ali cost is the same for all the people, wedon’t get any profits from it.
但是不受用，请问有更好的话术吗?

如果是超过 3000 美金的客户一般会付T/T,那么这个时候就要说:回复思路:主要是以哭穷的这种谈判思维出发，告诉客户我们利润不高还有就是向客户展示我们是怎么被扣手续费的这种谈判方式一般可以成功说服客户。
