外贸疫情期间催尾款

问题:在疫情期间如何催客户付尾款出货并成功返单?回复思路:利用逆向思维告诉客户“危”其实是“机”成功撬动客户付尾款并成功返单所以无论什么时候我们要做的是“如何给客户创造价值”,那么销售将是战无不胜。由此同理可牵出如果客户因为疫情不下单那我们可以利用这种逆向思维来简直催单,这些都是可以用来以疫情或是某种特殊事件当中利用逆向思维来催客户订单的话术。
回复话术:其实打不打折不是最重要的,重要的是要真的能表达出对客户的关心,表达出我们意解决问题的态度。
