外贸客户欠款不回复如何发邮件

问题: 提单已经给了客户,一个多月了客户就是不回怎么办?
我们有个客人,货物走空运,客人说他资金紧张,当时的空运费用还差$2000 没有付,找我们商量,让我们先给他提单,他过后再付给我们!但是现在已经过去两个多月了,客人还没有付过来,邮件多次讨要,客人都有回复会尽快付过来!最后一份邮件是春节放假前,到现在又一个月过去了,昨天业务又发了一封邮件给客人催讨,现在还没接到回复!崔老师,像这种情况,应该怎么应对阿?客人是通过阿里巴巴国际站来的询盘,但是付款是付到我们公司的香港账户的。有没有什么机构,可以申请仲裁下呢?
回复思路: 因为提单已经给了客户,这个时候主动仅在客户手上,所以我们只能利用道德话术去唤醒客户心中“最后一要稻草”
