问题: 我的客户订了带木纹的彩钢板用来做复合墙板的，现在我的彩钢卷做出来有质量问题，工厂重新做的货期未定，客户说 4 月份不出话要我全额退款。我现在想到唯一的办法就是，能做出带木纹的就最好，但是实在工厂做不出来我就建议客户做白色的墙板，现在是要想办法怎么让他不退款?
