外贸工厂排单紧,延期交货,客户要求赔偿

问题:有个孟加拉客人,最近这四个月下了两个小柜一个高柜。也挺好的一个客人,就是有时候喜欢钻空子,有个单子走LC的,上面写的最晚交期 10-22,也是留了一部分空间了,LC金额 15000,预付款。尾款走RMB不含税。一开始工厂交期 10月 5 日,然后工厂延期到 10月12 日,告知客人的时候他们已经不太高兴了,然后因为工厂排单紧,结果现在也完成不了,赶不上最后一班船期,下一班船也要到 23 号了,现在客人要求赔偿总货款 2%,订单总金额总共 34000多。不过LC上也没有写发货逾期的话要赔偿多少,LC不符点就正常支付,所以想问一下老师有没有什么办法能和客户沟通一下,把这个2%的赔偿给尽量免了回复思路:给客户一个保证,如果超过多少天给予相应的赔偿。

Wewant to get the goods out as quickly as you do. So, please please kindly give your best understand to usthis time, and we would give you help if you need next time.
Besides, I have a idea and try to decrease your loss, how about like this, that is, If delivery time beyond22th, October ( the late delivery time is 22th, October on L/C), if we delay one more day, and wecompensate USSXXX(如果超过一天,赔给他们多少金额,你算一下看你们能给多少).After all.our business is not the one time but for the long term, how do you think ?
