外贸交期延后,客户要退款

问题: 做外贸过程当中我们经常要碰到拖交期的情况,有拖短交期的也有拖长交期的,无论是哪一种,大忌都是没有一次性拖到位(也就是拖了又拖从而消耗掉客户的耐心,所以拖交期一定要一次性拖到位)。有一个阿塞拜疆的客户,这个客户之前付款-直付不过来,客户第二次付定金款的时候,跟我们说为了不影响交期,我们工厂安排的订单要开始生产,为了不给付款造成意外我们就直接同意了。后来 5 天左右,款到账了,客户问交期,因为是新品,说大部分产品 20天,一个需要磨具的是40天,但是工厂跟我们签的合同直接从 20天改成50天了(说有一个尺寸也需要开模),现在距离客户付款已经过了快 20天,客户以为他的货要生产好了。准备让我们发大部分货物,40 天的那个空运,但是我们的大部分产品还没开始做新的交期是 7月8号,跟客户说了之后,客户很生气,说我们的拖延让他们的生产停止了.还威胁我们要退款。针对这种情况,我用什么话术让客户不生气,接受我们的新日期?

回复话术:
