外贸交货延迟,客户要我们承担运费

问题:我的一个客户的一个订单原本交期是 10 月 8号,但是7号我们的配件回来发现有很多不良品,于是我当天跟客户说了延期一周(当时有提供配件不良照片给客户),客户一直没有回复延期是否OK,等到 13 号下午的时候客户回复说这个订单的货做好之后要我们承担运费寄出,我有跟客户沟通,但是客户还是坚持要我们出运费。现在算下来运费比货值还要高,其实这个客户的订单我们一般不轻易延期。这次也是因为配件不良品太多才跟客户说的延期现在我也不知道该怎么回复客户,急待您的回复,非常感谢。
