问题: 最近老是碰到印度客户直接信保下单一个产品，不包含运费,这种我应该怎么办?加上运费，订单直接被关闭，运费自己吸收,客户也不回复，另外也尝试过和客户说明运费需要买方支付，同样是没有得到回复。
