问题:我们的客户因为疫情隔离,银行没开门,但是我们的货物备好了,客户无法打尾款,我建议客户取消订舱,等尾款打了再装船,客户非常生气,抱怨我们不尽人情,说我是
一个糟糕的供应商,现在说要让我取消订单。
回复思路:有时候,我们不能太势利,在特殊时期也要先进行人文关怀,先稳定客户的情绪再解决事情。
