外贸已下单客户要折扣外贸业务如何回复

问题: 客户已经打了定金,大货已经在生产,但是因为汇率变化,客户想要折扣,我们是给还是不给呢?本身没有什么利润,如果给了的话,实在是承担不起。

回复话术:
