外贸业务如何让客户配合我们出货?

问题:就是客户的货代明天就装柜走了,不愿等我们的货物,这时候我应该怎么跟客户沟通解释,为了维持我们的关系?有没有什么好的话术回复思路: 其实逻辑很简单,就是要告诉客户就好了(但前提是你们没有推迟交货,只不过是货代提前装柜走了)
回复话术:

Dear Xxx,
Wish you have a nice day and everything goes well
I am very sorry but your forwarder contacted me today that they would load the container tomorrow, they wouldn’t wait for our goods, so would you please confirm if you know this matter? I am writing this email and confirm if you still had other containers which would wait for our goods to be shipped together? (Your goods would be ready for delivery on xxx Jan/Feb. )
