外贸业务接手离职同事的客户如何追单一封让客户不得不回的邮件

做外贸的过程经常会遇到业务离职转新人跟进的情况,但这种过程如果处理不好就有可能会因此流失一些客户,这种情况为了增加成功率,一定要利用“高层身份”介入,利用经理的身份给客户写一封邮件:
Dear Xxx,
Wish you have a nice day and everything goes well
This is Xxx, the sales manager of my ex-colleague Ms. Xxx (the sales whocontacted you before) and Ms. Xxx (the sales who is contacting you) from XxxCompany.
Today our company held a meeting of our potential VIP customers in the pasthalf year, sure you were one of them.read all of your communication record carefully and I know that you hadconfirmed one order of our Xxx Product with my ex-colleaque Ms Xxx who alsosent vou the PI for confirmation. (Here l attached the PI with order details againfor your double confirmation)
am vervam a little worrv about the order that ourcompanvdidnoffer you the enough help to finalize the order, sure if you still had some otheldifficulties or concerns, please must share them with me so that l can offer youthe help with my professional knowledge and experience, I do believe I shouldnave something that you probably need from me
f the order were canceled just because of my un-enough help, I would feel veryguilty, especially we already spent so much time in this order, I do believe bothof us would love to make all of our effort to be more valuable
