外贸尺寸太小引发纠纷

问题:我们有一个客户给了我们的产品一个差评,说是尺码太小了,但我们的这个产品-直都是卖库存货的,尺码也是客户自己选的,现在客户因为尺码给了我们差评,我们想给他发个邮件让他删除或者修改,我们要怎么说呢?

回复话术:
Dear Xxx,
Wish you have a nice day and everything goes well
I am very sorry but I got your negative feedback through Alibaba about our Xxx Product Order, I can understand why you would leave the negative comments, sure you have the right to do it, anyway l have to say we should not deserve it:

  1. We sent you the size(xxx) that you chose.
  2. We should not get the negative feedback if we did according to your requirement. (As a professionalsupplier, we couldn’t sent you the other size beyond your choice, right?)

So I would love to write this email and try to have a trial-request that: could you please help to reviseor delete the negative comment?
I don’t dare to request you to offer me a second chance to prove a “”better me””, sure if you gave me the chance sure I would very love to have more communication with you, as more communication would help to avoid “unnecessary mistake”, so I really hope you could share your hand to revise the comment which is really important for us, thank you very much.
