外贸因为Y情不能及时交货如何跟客户解释

直接跟客户说，不能等到最后关头才说:

Today our companv held a meeting of vour order with both of our production departmentsorry but please share your best understandinand our purchase department.lam verthat: as per our doublecontirmationthat Due to the Covid Outbreak is aettina more an(如果是江苏就Jiangsu Province; 如果是上海京more serious in ZheShanghai), and our Xxx supplier is located there(如果公司就在 G 控区: Our factory is jusin the control area) as they (we) couldn’t start the production due to the Governmencontrol, that means the delivery date would be around xxx-xxx davs delaveo
AnvwaV as per our doublirmation about the new schedule of the production that:1. Now the xxx and xxx has been finished production waiting for package, please refer tothe attachment for the picture of them so that you can double confirm2. Now our Xxx supplier alrearecovered from the production, now they would still onlxxx-xxx davs more.(根据实际情况写出新的生产计划，文字的主要是以“供应商”在 G 控区为主)
So our company would love to reguest vour best understanding and supporting in thisorder with xxx-xxx days so that we can have this order confirmed. (Sure it was my mistakeand un-profession not to tell this to you earlier, as I always thought we could solve ibetter).
