外贸老客户不回复如何发邮件

问题:一个合作大客户因为产品出现了点小问题然后已经大半年没有回复过任何信息了期间有常规跟进,怎么跟进客户就是不回怎么办?回复思路: 利用高情商话术去挽回大半年因为小问题而一直没有回复的客户,成功破冰并目与客户之间建立起初步的“温度” (也就是与客户之间不再是冷冰冰的生意上的关系,高情
商邮件就能够帮助我们与客户之间建立这种温度)

回复话术:
Dear Xxx,
Wish you have a nice day and everything goes well.
I am very sorry to say that you are the only customer who came into my mind most in my past one year, l did remember your last order is in July 2018, after that, my world was without you, but you never went out of my mind.
Sure we had some small issues with 6pcs xxx with changed proportion, which brought heavy guilty in my heart, sure I would love to compensate them, but I didn’t have the chance.
I do believe only these 6pcs was not the main reasons that you left me, I didn’ t know why today I seemed to get some tips from God(如何客户是欧美的用 God,中东的用Allah)you may have other reasons which may need my help, but in the past one year never had this idea, suddenly the guilty feelings pumps from my heart, this is why I am writing you this email.
If you met the difficulty then but I didn’t offer my help which may help you on it, at least I should have a chance to say sorry. (Anyway all of these were from suddenly tips, sure I hope it was not).
Your reply on the confirmation would be a very comfort message to my heart.
